These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flowset web application operated by Flowset LLC ("Flowset," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Flowset, you agree to these Terms.
Flowset provides personalized audio mental training sessions for baseball players. The service includes guided audio sessions, self-assessments, progress tracking, and related features available through our web application.
You must create an account to use Flowset. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Flowset offers both free and paid tiers. Free users have access to a limited selection of sessions. Paid subscriptions are available at $14.99/month or $99/year.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or the Stripe customer portal.
Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Free users receive access to one recommended session based on their assessment and may select one additional session from the free session pool. Free session selections are permanent and cannot be changed.

All content on Flowset, including audio sessions, assessments, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Flowset LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own use.
Flowset provides mental training content for educational and personal development purposes. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from using the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowset LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data, session history, and assessment scores will be permanently removed. Active subscriptions should be canceled before deleting your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app. Your continued use of Flowset after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
